Call-center operator (loan officer)

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone conversations with the Bank's customers;
  • Detection of reasons for absence of loan payments;
  • Offering of different ways to repay the debt (promotional events, discounts);
  • Adding information using a PC.

Professional requirements:

  • Education shall be not lower than at vocational school or college level
  • Good diction and well-bred speech;
  • Desire to build a career in the financial sector;
  • Responsibility;

Attention: No work experience necessary!
